Damaged Items

    To process a refund or replacement, you must provide the following within 48 hours of receiving your order:

    1. A clear photo of the damaged item

    2. A photo of the outer packaging, including the shipping label

    3. An unboxing video, showing the item is already damaged while the package is being opened

    This helps us verify the issue and file a proper claim with our shipping provider.

    🚫 Important Notes:

    • Items that appear to be damaged after opening or without photo/video evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

    • Claims sent after 48 hours of delivery may be denied.
